About This Convention

The Big London Tattoo Show is a three-day convention at ExCeL London in the Royal Victoria Dock area. The organisers describe around 450 tattoo artists based in the UK, Ireland and overseas working live across the weekend, plus a large programme of competitions judged across all three days. Beyond tattooing, the show runs fairground rides included with admission, art exhibitions, sideshow and vaudeville acts, fire performances, a pinball arcade, live street-art painting and a custom car display, alongside an alternative market of clothing, jewellery, print and handmade traders.

IMPORTANT: the organiser's site does not print a year anywhere. It advertises "Friday 4th Sept" to "Sunday 6th Sept", and 4-6 September falls Friday to Sunday in 2026, which is why it is listed here for 2026 — but the year is inferred, not stated. Confirm with the organiser before booking travel. Their site is also internally inconsistent: the homepage says the show returns for its 4th year while the header says 5th, and the information page and FAQ disagree on Friday public opening (5pm vs 7pm). The FAQ itself appears copied from a sister event, since its text repeatedly refers to a different show, so its opening times and age policy have not been reproduced here. No ticket prices are published at all.
