Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Zero percent. Every dollar a client pays goes directly to you. Your flat subscription is the only fee Nation.Tattoo charges.
What if I cancel?
Your profile stays active and visible until the end of your current billing period, then goes inactive. Nothing is deleted — reactivate at any time to restore your profile exactly as it was.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Subscription settings. Changes take effect immediately (prorated).
What is the difference between Artist Solo and Artist + Studio?
Artist Solo gives you a full personal artist profile. Artist + Studio adds a separate, dedicated studio page — ideal if you own or operate your own shop. Studios that employ multiple artists should use a Studio plan.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Switching to annual saves you two months per year on any plan. Annual billing is available during checkout or in your Subscription settings.
Do studios and their artists each need their own plan?
Studio plans include artist profile slots — your monthly Studio subscription covers both the studio listing and your included artist profiles. Additional artists beyond your plan limit require their own Artist subscriptions.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Nation.Tattoo never sees your payment details — Stripe processes everything securely and directly.
Does the free trial automatically convert to a paid plan?
Yes. After the 14-day free trial your subscription automatically starts billing at the plan rate you selected. You will receive an email reminder before the trial ends. Cancel anytime before the trial period ends and you will not be charged.
What is your refund policy?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. If you cancel during the free trial period you owe nothing. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Read Refund Policy →
