Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Nation.Tattoo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Nation.Tattoo provides a directory and marketplace connecting tattoo and piercing artists with clients. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or book an appointment.

3. Artist and Studio Listings

Artists and studio owners are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, pricing, availability, and portfolio content. Nation.Tattoo does not verify credentials or guarantee the quality of services provided.

Studio claims require verification. Submitting a false claim is grounds for account suspension.

4. Bookings and Payments

Deposits collected through the Platform are processed by Stripe. Nation.Tattoo is not responsible for disputes between clients and artists. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the artist.

5. Content

By submitting content (portfolio images, bios, reviews) to the Platform, you grant Nation.Tattoo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote that content on the Platform and in marketing materials.

You may not post content that is illegal, defamatory, or sexually explicit.

6. AI-Generated Content

Some content on the Platform (news articles, design previews) is generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated designs are for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee of what the final tattoo will look like. Always consult your artist.

7. Subscriptions

Artist and studio subscriptions are billed monthly. Free trials apply to new subscribers only. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nation.Tattoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to bodily harm resulting from tattoo or piercing procedures booked through the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
