We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, location, profile information, portfolio images, and booking details. We also collect technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies.

To facilitate bookings between clients and artists
To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders)
To process payments through Stripe
To display your public profile to visitors
To comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

Stripe — to process payments
Together.ai — to power AI features (content is not stored by them)
Law enforcement — when required by law

Booking information is shared between clients and the artist they book with.

4. AI Features

When you use AI placement preview, your uploaded photo is sent to Together.ai for analysis. We do not store your body photos longer than the session. AI-generated tattoo designs are stored temporarily and deleted after 24 hours unless saved to your account.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and CSRF protection. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings, which removes your personal data. Booking records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance.
