About This Convention

The Ink Factory is an international tattoo convention held at the Halle Tony Garnier in Lyon, running since 2018 and reaching its seventh edition in 2026. The organisers expect around 350 tattooists from around the world, alongside supply vendors and food trucks. Across three days the programme mixes tattoo competitions with DJ sets, a classical oil painting exhibition, a photography exhibition, live body painting, burlesque and Marquesan dance performances, a freestyle trial motorbike show, and a charity auction.
