Refund Policy

Subscriptions
Artist and studio subscriptions are billed monthly. Nation.Tattoo does not issue refunds for partial months. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period — no further charges will occur.
Free trials are available for new subscribers only. If you cancel during your free trial before it ends, you will not be charged.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact our contact form within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.
Booking Deposits
Deposits collected through Nation.Tattoo are held by the artist or studio and processed via Stripe. Nation.Tattoo does not control or receive these funds.
Whether a deposit is refundable is determined by the artist or studio, not by Nation.Tattoo. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless:
- The artist cancels or is unable to complete the appointment
- The artist has explicitly stated a refund policy that covers your situation
- You and the artist have a written agreement to the contrary
Deposit disputes must be resolved directly between the client and the artist. Nation.Tattoo may assist with mediation but cannot force refunds. See Booking Terms for full details.
Studio Claim Fee
The one-time studio claim fee is non-refundable once the claim has been submitted and reviewed, regardless of the outcome. If a claim is rejected due to insufficient documentation, you may resubmit with updated evidence at no additional cost within 30 days.
